Comfort with taste in a very special location, strategically located at walking distance south of the Plaza Mayor. Unique designe and a 180+ degree view over picturesque sunsets and roof-tops of old Madrid.

You have found a stylish self-catering apartment in Madrid with a round shower in the centre (much acclaimed, by friends and guests alike). Different floor materials and ceiling levels define the spaces in this loft-like studio, which comfortably can sleep up to four.

The apartment has all facilities, like heating, an oven, dishwasher, AC, satellite TV and so on, but for us it's as important that you find some water, coffee and tea, rice or pasta etc. for your first meal when you arrive in Madrid.

Owner run. We are an active couple. Enrique is a half Spanish, half German videodesigner and Karina a licensed acupuncturist and health practitioner from Brazil. Our guests may also enjoy a Chinese Tui Na massage at a discounted fee. Inquire for our welcome pack.
When you arrive, we will give you as much information as you wish and then let you enjoy your privacy. We will be more than happy to point out nice restaurants, cafés or bars, give you our latest museum or theatre pick.

You could do everything walking but can hop on a taxi, bus or metro around the corner.

On one side you have Lavapies where you can find many good Indian restaurants, a mix of cultures, including some nice old Spanish bars you would only find in a village. We will tell you where to go to try some treats you won't find in a guidebook.

On the other side you will find La Latina with some upper scale restaurants and a little fancier tapas bars. Anything between a good steak, artisan pizza, even russian, sushy or vegetarian. We'll point out the place for you, if you like.

If you are a business traveller please notice that we are right at the bottom of the old town and that with a car a taxi you reach the M30 subterranean ring highway in less than 5 minutes. That said, we can help find a parking space in a nearby garage.

The building is in itself worth a visit with over 30 antique dealers in the 50s Chicago-style Spanish 'corrala' (big interior patio/square) a famous singer had built. The self-catering apartment is the topmost of the residential tower, which sticks out and overlooks the beautiful old part skyline. You will love the sunsets.
