Refrigerator building on sale
The refrigerator building is located in the industrial zone in Aleksinc, in the attractive location corridor 10 beside the highway Belgrade-Nis, 30km from Nis and 210 km from Belgrade.

-Workplace 120 m2 (staircase part, hall, 2 offices, sanitary facilities, room for workers, two locker rooms, 60m2 space for general purposes)
-Total surface area around 850 m2
-Facility is equipped with complete infrastructure
- Facility has all the necessary documentation and license to permit the usage.
There are projects and licenses for upgrading the refrigerator building area 400m2.
