I have one of (if not the only) the most modern homes in Puerto. Featuring Both Hot and cold pressurized water most places here only have cold water. A 50 gal hot water tank so if you enjoy long hot showers like me this is the place for you. Washer and dryer, dish washer, garbage disposal, huge brand new Kitchen with every appliance you can think of. The 26 cubic foot fridge freezer even has an Ice Maker. A brand new Gas stove with self cleaning oven and we even have a pantry plenty of room to store your goodies.There are 3 bedroom and each has a large ceiling fan. There are a total of 6 ceiling fans in the home as well as an Air conditioner for main living area. We are protected by a 10 ft security fence and 8 camera's watch the property as well as 4 flood lights that are motion sensor solar powered and will come on at night. In the event of drought or the city is working on waterlines we have a 500 gal water tank so you never will even know. The property is huge allowing for sun bathing with a nice degree of privacy. there are other perks but I think you get the idea if you like luxury the feel of being at home this is the place for you. 1600 Sq ft of living space property is 166 ft x 132 ft = 21,912 Sq ft or 2035 m2 or 1/2 Acre. Tengo una de (si no la única) las casas más modernas de Puerto. Con agua presurizada tanto caliente como fría, la mayoría de los lugares solo tienen agua fría. Un tanque de agua caliente de 50 gal, así que si disfrutas de largas duchas calientes como yo, este es el lugar para ti. Lavadora y secadora, lavaplatos, triturador de basura, enorme cocina nueva con todos los electrodomésticos que se pueda imaginar. El congelador de 26 pies cúbicos tiene incluso un Ice Maker. Una estufa de gas completamente nueva con horno autolimpiante e incluso tenemos una despensa con suficiente espacio para guardar sus productos. Hay 3 dormitorios y cada uno tiene un gran ventilador de techo. Hay un total de 6 ventiladores de techo en el hogar, así como un acondicionador de aire para la sala de estar principal. Estamos protegidos por una valla de seguridad de 10 pies y 8 cámaras que vigilan la propiedad, así como 4 luces de inundación que funcionan con sensores solares y se encenderán por la noche. En caso de sequía o si la ciudad está trabajando en líneas de flotación, tenemos un tanque de agua de 500 galones, por lo que nunca lo sabrá.
