About the Project:
Marbella Villa Condominiums will consist of 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths units with approximately 1082 square feet of living space. The ceilings will be 9 feet high to give a more roomy and grand feel. Each condominium will have a large covered patio/balcony, washer and dryer, bamboo floors, Quartz counter tops, upgraded insulated windows and doors with instant hot water instead of tanks. The condominiums will have sprinklers and have electric stoves to prevent the accidental catching on fire, which happens to be the number two reasons for deaths of elderly people in the home. The condominiums will be built with steel beams, which are 5 times stronger than wood, and will not burn in the event of fire. Added benefits to using steel are no dry rot or termite damage.
The proposed condominium complex is comprised of twenty-seven (27) two story, eight unit buildings and fifteen (15) three story buildings consisting of twelve (12) units, as well as forty-two, (42) buildings containing a total of 396 condominiums.
