"Villa Linabrito" is a marvelous property located in a peaceful and secluded village in the portuguese Silver Coast, near the historical university city of Coimbra. The village stands in a quiet valley surrounded by beautiful hills, with a small creek nearby.

This spacious property has a flexible configuration, as it comprises two separate single-storied houses: a small cozy 2 bedroomed cottage and a larger 3 bedroomed cottage. This makes it ideal as a family sized home or as a summer cottage, leaving the smaller building either to rent out during the year, or to be used as a guesthouse for your friends. It could also be turned into an office space, or for your teenage kids.
There is a small orchard to the centre of the gardens separating the two buildings. Here you will find many fruit trees (plums, cherries, peaches, apples, persimmons, chestnuts) and it is also the ideal space for a swimming pool area. There's a parking space large enough for 4-5 vehicles.

Larger building (recent construction) - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hallway entrance, large open plan kitchen/Diner/lounge with fireplace and patio doors that open onto a large front porch. Kitchen is fitted, including a traditional wood oven.

Smaller building - 2 bedrooms, hallway, fitted kitchen, dining area, bathroom and large conservatory with bbq.

The location is 10 km south of Coimbra (20 min), and 40 km east of the coastal resort of Figueira da Foz.
The main North-South highway (A1) is only 10 min away, in Condeixa, taking you either to the Porto airport in 90 minutes, or to the Lisbon airport in less than 2 hours.
