Location is everything and this profitable hotel is situated in the very center of Sosua.
For less than $ 500 per month the bills are covered which includes the water, internet, maid service, security, and cable TV.
There are nine apartments and three commercial units 9 apartment units have been recently constructed. These units are right in the center of town and provide a great rental income, and the best thing about this business is that the overheads are low.
Each apartment unit is metered separately for the long term consumption of electricity which long term tenants would pay. 4 One queen sized bed upstairs and one small bed downstairs, a large apartment $47 per night,$ 290 per week and $660.per month
5 Two rooms, each room with one queen bed $75 per night, $ 360 per week and $ 790 per month.
6 One queen sized bed no AC, small sized and without a kitchen $ 25 per night, $ 138per week and $ 330 per month.
7 One queen sized bed no AC, no kitchen small apartment $25per night, $138 per week and $330, per month.
8 Two small beds no AC $35 per night, $230 per week and $420 per month.
9 One queen sized bed, small room $40 per night, per week and $260 $460 per month. Each apartment has a safe, WiFi, and cleaning services included, plus security. With monthly rentals the electricity is not included.
The commercial spaces rent out at $250 to $500 monthly. It is a new construction of 500 sq meters built on 586 Sq meters of land. The nine apartments have AC, hot water, fans, kitchens, and bathrooms of al varying sizes from studios to 2 to 3 bedrooms. The three commercial spaces, the common area with laundry and barbecue, and all apartments and commercial spaces have individual contracts for water, electricity, cable TV and there is 24 hour back up electricity and water systems in place.
