Plot of land 60 000 sq.m. (industrial zone) with a warehouse and office building, situated in the north-west part of Hungary in Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg region, in the suburbs of town Tornyospalca (not far away from Kishvarda), 22 km from Hungarian-Ukrainian border (50 km customs area), the plot is convenient for intermodal transportation.

The plot borders two railway lines – wide (for CIS) and narrow (European). It is situated 10 km from 4th highway, and it makes it attractive for logistic business or for production connected with export and import. Warehouse is 5000 sq.m. with a plot of land 60000 sq.m. and office building 300 sq.m. Office building is equipped with showers, dressing rooms, garage for lift cars:

2 tones lift cars with forks - 3 pcs.
2 tones lift cars with side claw - 4 pcs.
1,5 tones lift car with high lift (to 5 meters) - 1 pcs.
1,5 tones electric hand lift car - 1 pc.

We have a permit to lead the Ukrainian railway into the territory of the warehouse.
Also we have a permit to build a terminal for bulk cargo (cement, fertilizers, mixes, etc.), also there is a line for packing of bulk cargo in sacks (25 kg and 50 kg). Capacity of the terminal for bulk cargo is 15 wagons (1400 tones) per one time.
