The land SITO MARINO is situated on the road Br 001 by the sea, between the towns of Ilhéus and Itacarè in the Brazilian state of Bahia.
The SITO owns 200 meters of beach and it has a small river that flows through it.
Over the river there is a bridge of reinforced concrete that can hold as much as twenty tons. The land itself is of around seven hectares (actually 69.800 square meters) and it has already structures completed and functioning of 400 s.m. with all the permits from the Environment Agency of Ilhéus for a total of 3200 s.m.
The constructions finished at the present are the following;
• three chalets
• one bar-restaurant
• one swimming-pool
• one villa of 300 s.m.
• two chalets in advanced state of construction (60%)
• one water-tower with two water tanks, with a capacity of 18.000 and 12.000 litres
• two bio-gas net-works
• one smaller chalet at the main entrance with reception functions and porter’s lodge.
• One power station
