The building is in Vélez- Málaga, at 50 km from the international airport of Málaga and at 6 km from the sea. The town is situated on Costa del Sol in the district of Axarquia. In the Salvador Rueda street, in the place where was building the wall of the Arabic City, including it in the first urban perimeter of the town (Catholic Reconquest 1487). The actual palace is on the ends of the XVII century.
The house consists of low plant, main and second floor, with a precious facade, with six balconies.
