The castle was built at the beginning of the 1930’s by earl Mándl. The family crest can still be found above the entrance of the castle. The castle is surrounded by a nice park alike an “English Garden”. The neighbourhood plots make further development possible.

Size of plot: 5,5 ha,
additional 13 ha area might be bough next to the plot.
Right of long-term lease of the artificial lake can be obtained from the local municipality

ground floor 704 m²
first floor 270 m² (building-in the attic, the area might be extended with cca. 450 m²)
cellar 182 m²
altogether: 1156 m²

The castle needs reconstruction, but has valid construction and thermal water (hot spring water) permits.

In the framework of the project – and according to the valid construction and thermal water permits – a four-star hotel complex with 96 rooms might be built which will have an own wellness department. It ensures a bigger room for conference tourism and rooms suited for organisation of smaller trainings
