We are offering our holiday home in the South of France for let per week (300euro) or per month (800euro).
It is minutes from Le Boulou, in the Languedoc-Rousillon region. The house is suitable for a larger family, on a budget, seeking a self catering holiday near the beach and all other historic sites and outdoor activities the region has to offer. It is not far from Perthus, Ceret, Perpignan, Argeles-sur-Mer, Collioure, and other popular holiday spots in both France and Spain.
The house is a traditional Catalan home that can sleep 6 people. There are three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. The living room and terrace are large and comfortable and although there is no A/C, the house stays cool in the warm summer days and nights. As it is our family holiday home, it has everything a family would need to feel comfortable. This includes kitchen and dining utensils/amenities, a bed for a baby, guidebooks for the region, a washing machine, sunchairs, etc.
The wooded land surrounding the house is peaceful and private with views of Mount Canigou in the distance.

Smoking : Only on the terrace. No smoking inside or in the wooded area (danger of fire).
