The Casa Verde Uvita sits on top of a small hill with an amazing view of a jungle ridge and sunset while only 5 minutes from downtown Uvita, the national park and beach of Ballena as well as Playa Hermosa. It is also very close to a vast array of restaurants and tourist attractions.
The house fits 6 people (3 queen size beds) and features a 35m2 salt-water pool. The porch wraps around half the house and is a perfect place for lounging in the hammock. Ceilings are vaulted and there are lovely hardwood floors throughout. The bathroom is very modern complete with a bidet. A guard lives nearby on premises to ensure 24 hour security.
Pick your breakfast from the property’s own exotic fruit featuring banana, mango, lemon, orange, avocado and guava trees or start your day with a peaceful Yoga session by the pool. Whether you like watching toucans, parrots or monkeys straight from the comfort of the hammock or prefer to have an action filled day surfing, ATV-ing or whale watching, you will find the Casa Vede to be your perfect home. Or perhaps you are looking for the perfect vacation spot. This is it! And while you are not vacationing, you can always rent it out to someone else.
