For sale is a private island, located about 7 km distant from the coast of Angra dos Reis, about 168 km from Rio de Janeiro and part of the region "Costa Verde", a region caracterized by calm and crystalline water.
The island has a residential and holiday character, with a very beautiful topography. It offers luxurious accomodations for up to 12 people, a large living area, private beaches and crystalline water. The island consists of:
Main House - 1 master suite and 1 king suite, both with bathroom and amenities
Three bungalows with panoramic ocean view, king sized beds and amenities, conected to the main house by easy-to-reach paths
Boat House with 1 king suite, with bathroom and amenities.
On the island there are several social areas to provide visitors with unique experiences, among them a panoramic terrace with dinner area and barbecue (churrasqueira), swimmingpool with deck and lounge (all connected to the main house), an external Jacuzzi with ocean view and finally a private beach. On the island there is a heliport in order to provide quick and easy access from Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. All visitors have access to a Phanton 345 motorboat (yacht) for 11 people.
In summary: the island provides a high degree of privacy in a fantastic environment, while simultaneously offering quick access to Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
