The rental rate:
+ Factory: 2,4 – 2,8USD/sq.m/month (Excluding 10% VAT Tax)
+ Office: 3USD/sq.m/month (Excluding 10% VAT Tax),
Only charged on the construction site of its factory,
The payment terms:
+ The payment is paid monthly in advance within first 7days of each state payment.
The deposit terms: 05 months rental in advance is payable as follow:
+ 02 months rental for paying deposit right after signing the lease contract,
+ 02 months rental for paying deposit right after construction completely finished.
+ 01 month rental rest will be paid right after handing over the factory to tenant.
